Somebody Gets It Right

I flew into Atlanta for a business trip on Wednesday. Of course, I needed a car to get to Columbus, and had put off making the reservation till earlier in the week. After checking the price quotes (and because of recent experience) I decided to skip Hertz; I ended up reserving a car with Enterprise. There was a little line at the counter, but nothing unacceptable. The guy that helped me out was polite and friendly. After dealing with the paperwork, he walked outside with me, where a car had already been pulled up. We both gave it the walk-around check for damage, joked a bit about gas prices, and I was on my way.

The only sad thing about this story is that the experience was unusual enough to rate a blog post.
