Waikiki ho!

It's nice to be back in Honolulu. The trip was uneventful.

When I was waiting in the gate area at Atlanta, I saw that they were offering standby upgrades to first class. I checked to see if I could get on the list, but since I got my ticket using frequent flyer miles, I was not eligible. Luck was with me though, as nobody sat in the seat next to me. So I moved from my aisle seat over to the window and had the two seats to spread out in for the nine plus hours of travel. Not bad, but I still had to pay for my own drinks.

This evening is the wedding that I've travelled here for, and tomorrow I'm heading to the North Shore. Time to go get some sun right now.
